Located in a popular intersection of Ben Yehuda Street and Pinsker Street of Tel Aviv, The Dance Community Center is planned as a 2-story building with a public ground floor, providing a 200 meter-square performance theater, a cafe, and administrative offices. The second floor allows privacy for dancers having their own floor for rehearsal rooms, medical treatment offices and a bright open hallway throughout that provides a view of a beautiful private garden.
